Jan Marini Transformation Face Cream

I’ve been a skincare addict for a while now, but I won’t try just any brand.  I like to try brands that are backed by science and research, are cruelty free, and that truly work for me.  I have combination skin with some redness around my nose and some signs of sun damage in the form of age spots. Lately, if you’ve seen me around, I have been makeup-free.  This is because my redness and age spots are much improved and I feel confident in my skin thanks to Jan Marini Skin Research.   I have a Bachelor’s of Science from Yale University in Molecular Biology, so I can actually understand and appreciate what goes into a good skincare product.

Jan Marini Skin Research (JMSR) is one of the world’s most esteemed professional skin care brands.  JMSR  has teamed up with some top physician and research scientists to develop ground breaking technology that not only addresses the world’s most common skin problems, but that revolutionizes the skincare industry.  JMSR has introduced a multitude of technological firsts, has been awarded numerous patents and has published multiple independent peer-reviewed studies on its products.

Jan Marini Skin Research recently launched an exceptional patented formula that helps reduce the visible signs of aging while providing superb hydration to the skin – Transformation Face Cream. Even after the first use, your skin will appear immediately smoother with a silky softness!  I am honored to have been chosen to try this out for free in exchange for my honest review.

First of all, let’s talk about the ingredients.  This is packed with luxurious, patented growth factor, peptide and antioxidants that are the ultimate in advanced hydrators to reduce the appearance of aging and damaged skin.  Key ingredients include:  TGF Beta-1 (tissue growth factor that stimulates collagen and elastin), patented Thymosin Beta-4 (which also helps to reduce inflammation and helps skin rejuvenation), anti-aging peptides, hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, aloe vera, and plant extracts! I love how the power of science and nature come together in this product to hydrate the skin.

It is good for normal, dry, acne prone or sensitive skin. I have combination skin, and it works great on my skin too.  To use it, you want to apply a pea sized amount in the morning and evening over your entire face and neck (all the way around your neck, not just the front of it). On the bottle it says “step 4” which means it is also step 4 in their Skin Care Management System, where step 1 is Cleanse, step 2 is Rejuvenate, step 3 is Resurface, step 4 is Hydrate, and step 5 is Protect.

It’s no wonder this product won the ASCP Skin Deep Reader’s Choice Award in 2017.  The first time I used it I actually noticed how a little goes a long way.  It absorbed very easily into my skin and left it feeling silky soft, not greasy.  It didn’t irritate my skin or have a weird smell.  I could see this 1 oz jar lasting me at least a few months.  I am excited to incorporate this into my daily routine, and so far, I am loving the results!

  1. That’s great that you got able to try something great for free. Just a random question would that work for men too? 😛

  2. Wow! This face cream sounds great with all those amazing benefits you’ve listed. It’s worth giving a try. 🙂

  3. Thank you for sharing this. It’s incredible what makeup has become and what it can do. Women must be happy to live in this day and age. 🙂

  4. Never heard of this brand prior to reading your post. I have senstive prone skin and am very selective as to what I use on my face to avoid irritation. I will have to check this brand out. Thanks for sharing

  5. I have never heard of this brand before, but you have my interest piqued! I also only like to use cruelty free skincare products that have good ingredients in them!

  6. I have dry and sometimes sensitive skin so this is something that would probably suit me! Thanks for the recommendation.

  7. Unfortunately I am not an expert in this kind of stuff, they don’t teach it at the school…
I can only find out what works on blogs like this. Skin care is important, but also we don’t want to waste money on useless products…

  8. Had not heard of this brand but from your review this cream sounds fabulous. I also have combination skin. What with the pollution of a big city it tends to be sensitive, too, so this product would be great.

  9. This looks amazing but having really sensitive skin and psoriasis I shy away from trying new products for my face. My skin doesn’t do good with something new. I’ve used the same product for over twenty years. But I will tell some friends that may want to try this

  10. Thanks for the information. I have a combination skin too and finding a product that could fix that issue has been a real struggle. Right now I am experimenting between two products of what really suit me but I will definitely check on this as well.

  11. This face cream sounds amazing! I have combination skin like you, so I think will give it a try.

  12. It’s great that you only need a pea size of products to cover your entire face skin. That is really good value for money. The benefits of this face cream are impressive as well!

  13. Those are the components I want in a face cream. They also help because then it’s a year round product versus me having to pick up something different when my skin changes due to the season.

  14. It’s great to hear beauty tips from experts like you. I don’t just try any beauty brand too but unlike you I’m no expert so I try to listen to reviews and experts’ opinions. Thank you for sharing this. I’ll surely check it out.

  15. Don’t really have much idea about this kind of product. But reading this and comments looks like a great product you have there. Great recommendation

  16. This is so interesting to me as a vegan and someone who is a self-confessed beauty addict. Often the great, cruelty-free skincare is so hard to find isn’t it

  17. This product looks to be very beneficial. I have more oily skin prone to acne. I love that it works with oily skin.
