It’s important to remember that the skin under your eyes is the thinnest in your whole body so it is very important to be extra gentle with this area. Likewise, it breaks down easier and faster than the rest of the skin on your body, so it may show your age first.
The eyes have been called the windows to the soul, but I like to call them the windows to your age. Signs of aging around your eyes include crow’s feet, fine lines and wrinkles, puffiness, and darkness around the eyes. Studies show that when 2 people communicate, eye contact is the most important key to understanding each other, so you might as well make that eye contact pleasant. Not only can signs of aging around the eyes be unsightly, but they can also interfere with your vision if your eyelids start to droop into your sight lines.

There are certain ingredients that make an eye cream effective. MBK Skincare Eye Contour Cream has some incredible and unique ingredients that have been scientifically and clinically proven to reduce crow’s feet and deflate puffiness.

- Hyaluronic Acid

are some powerful yet gentle and effective ingredients that are perfect for people with all skin types (all genders!).
How to Apply Eye Cream
Not only is it important to choose the best eye cream for your soul windows, but how you apply that cream also makes a humongous difference. Think about it. There are various ways to apply creams – with your hands, with certain fingers, tapping, rubbing, using cloths, or tools, etc. How do you know which is the best approach? Well, in my opinion, it varies, but you definitely don’t want to rub it in because you could pull on your delicate skin and cause damage to the fragile blood vessels underneath the skin here.
Likewise, I don’t recommend applying eye cream directly next to the eye. Eye cream should not go on your top eyelid, nor should it be used directly below your bottom lashes. The product travels up closer to your eye when it warms up with your body temperature and you don’t want it to get on your lashes or into your eyes where it can cause irritation.
The very first step before you apply eye cream it to make sure you have clean skin. The product will work better when it has a clean surface on which to work.
Eye cream should be applied using the ring finger (it is the weakest finger and thus applies the least amount of pressure on that delicate eye area) along the orbital bone, or eye socket, and not on the eyelids. Most people fall into the trap of thinking that more is better, but trust me – less is more! Squeeze out a pea size amount of eye cream, enough for both eyes, onto one of your ring fingers.
Then touch your ring fingers together to divide the cream for both eyes. Place 4-5 dots of product about a quarter of an inch apart, starting at the outer corner of the eye where crow’s feet can live, and then dab gently downward along the orbital bone.
I used to stop there, but as skincare technology has advanced, I started using tools to help the product work better.

Charge it for a few hours (4 – 5 hours)
Turn it on by holding down the on/off button for 0.5 seconds. Once the blue indicator light stops flashing, the device is ready to use. The treatment tip will be very warm.
Make sure the skin is freshly cleansed and toned. then apply the eye serum as previously described.
Hold the device, making sure that your hand is making direct contact with the silver contact plate (this maintains the microcurrent connection) and slowly and gently glide and/or dab the device from the outer corner to inner corner of your eye, pausing for 3 – 5 seconds on accupoints (see diagram above). When it beeps, switch to the other eye.
You can also use it along your nasolabial folds (laugh lines) or in between your eyes where frown marks can develop.
