Get Your Beauty Sleep Right!

Trying to care for your beauty needs during the colder months can be a challenge. Air tends to be very dry and can make keeping your skin healthy and soft an adventure, to say the least! Even though there are tons of chemically created remedies for these issues, some people are still more interested in looking at the more natural ways to combat these difficulties. If you are one of these people, then the following article will be great for you because it shares overnight beauty tips for colder weather. 

Foot Love 

Do you have a hard time with callouses and hard spots on your feet? One really great thing that you can do to show your feet some care is by removing as much dead skin from your legs and feet as you can with pumice or even smaller grit sandpaper. After that, you can rub coconut oil onto your feet and ankles, and put on a pair of stockings or socks. When you wake up, your feet will be soft as can be!

Lip Care

Lips can be a source of so much discomfort and embarrassment. When you need to lock lips with that new loved one, having dry cracked lips can be a real buzzkill. Before you go to bed, rub your lips with a damp washcloth, and apply some coconut oil or olive oil before you go to bed. 

You will be surprised at how soft and healthy they can become.

Healthy Hair 

Are those split ends getting you down? Do you have dry hair that is difficult to manage? Aloe vera is great for helping you to revitalize your hair. Take some aloe vera gel and rub a generous amount between your hands. Run your fingers through your hair until you have really good coverage. You can wear a cap or not, but when you leave it in overnight, you will wake up to nicely conditioned hair that you want to touch and show off! 

Happy Hands 

Do you ever worry that your hands are beginning to look cripsy and dusty? A great trick to you’re your hands looking young and healthy is to mix some brown sugar and olive oil. You can use this mixture to remove dead skin and reduce wrinkles on the hands. That exfoliation will keep your hands young and healthy-looking. Wash it off and give your hands a light oil rub.
