My life is balanced.

I keep things simple. I focus on the essential tasks. I limit media consumption and take time out from technology every day. I declutter and buy fewer things.
I take care of my health. When I take care of my well-being, I can take care of my tasks and do the things I love.
I cultivate a sense of belonging. I enjoy an appropriate amount of solitude and companionship.
I balance my personal and professional activities. I keep appropriate office hours. I develop interests and relationships unrelated to my work.
I practice modesty. I am content with what I have.
Today, I enjoy a balanced and fulfilling life. I maximize my health and happiness by setting realistic expectations and paying attention to every aspect of my well-being. I feel stable and energized.
